London, 24 June 2024 – Enness Global, the trusted international mortgage broker for high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs is today announcing the appointment of Tamara Crowson as its new Head of Scotland.

This newly created role has been designed to cater for the growing demand for high-value mortgage finance north of the border, typified by the growing number of million-pound properties across the country. As well as the ongoing corporate finance needs of Scotland’s many entrepreneurs and business founders.

Tamara, who has over 25 years private banking experience, will be based in Scotland and provide in-market support for high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals requiring a discreet, hyper-personalised service. Underpinned by Enness’s extensive global network, expanding service portfolio and rich heritage.

Commenting on the appointment and opportunity in Scotland Islay Robinson, CEO at Enness Global, remarked: "With some of the most impressive real estate in the UK, Scotland has always been a market we have taken seriously. However, the creation of this new role will allow us to better meet the growing needs of the high-net-worth north of the border, as well as non-residents looking to purchase and invest in Scotland.

I am also delighted to welcome Tamara Crowson, as our new Head of Scotland, who brings an intimate understanding of the local market developed over her 25 years within the Scottish private banking sector.

Tamara’s appointment significantly enhances Enness’s global team as well as strengthening its international footprint. Especially as we know many HNW clients have complex, international finance needs and highly value in-market, in-person support and knowledge".
