In this case, Enness was approached by another broker who had tried to help a married couple. They wanted to purchase a family home in the UK as their main residential property, but the residents would continue working in their respective regions. The clients had high-earning positions via a diverse structure. We needed to find a lender who could leverage the client earnings across all their income sources and the various earning currencies.
The previous broker had exhausted all their options and reached out to Enness, a known specialist, in cases such as these. The main challenge for this case was the income structure, as well as the multiple jurisdictions and currencies involved, which the lender had to be comfortable with.
The client needed to work with a broker and lender who understood the complex, cross-border nature of the enquiry. Moving quickly, Enness successfully sourced the terms within a couple of hours of receiving the enquiry. As the clients had tried to proceed with several other lenders, they already had many of the documents to hand, allowing us to have a sign-off within a couple of days.
This meant the client, introducer, agent, and vendor were kept happy through clear and regular progress updates. We arranged a competitive fixed ratewhile also meeting the client’s additional needs and requirements for their mortgage product . Enness has access to over 500 Lenders and can present the best possible terms to our clients. We specialise in dealing with global individuals, can quickly understand the client profile and requirements, and assist them with their purchases in the UK.
