In this case, our clients approached Enness to assist in refinancing in the South of France after their current private bank recalled their mortgage. The clients are both high-net-worth individuals that have high-value assets. However, they had both been employed and self-employed previously, making their income streams complicated and securing financing more challenging.

The clients were seeking to leverage their assets under management to help offset the interest they paid on their mortgage. After conducting thorough research, the clients decided that Enness was the best option to proceed with.

The challenge in this case was finding a lender who would look at the whole asset base and portfolio to understand client affordability. Also, time was of the essence as the clients were given a tight deadline to refinance away from their current bank.

Enness sourced a lender who understood the complexities of the income structures and considered their assets, resulting in an attractive refinancing offer. We secured attractive terms for the client, including a loan of circa €2M and a competitive interest rate. Interest rates for private bank loans in France usually range from around 1.5% to 2%. The clients were pleased with the flexibility offered, including the option to strategically manage their assets to offset mortgage interest.

Enness has access to a wide array of private lenders across Europe, enabling our clients to secure the best available products. We understand the intricate requirements of HNW and UHNW clients and can make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

If you or any of your clients have a complex income structure, please don't hesitate to contact us to learn more.
