End-of-year reflections often help us make sense of the journey—what’s been achieved, how we’ve grown, and where we’re headed. As we prepare to consign 2024 to history, I wanted to share some insights and highlights from another remarkable year for Enness Global.
A Strengthened Market and a Broader Horizon
When I founded Enness back in 2007, it was to serve high-net-worth individuals who were often overlooked by the traditional lending market. This ethos still drives us today, and in 2024, we’ve seen incredible opportunities in the super-prime property markets of Dubai, New York, and London.
It’s been particularly gratifying to witness the growing global footprint of our business, welcoming clients from 50+ countries. Our ability to cater to complex, cross-border finance needs reflects not just our expertise but also the trust placed in us by introducers and clients alike.
Unprecedented Complexity, Exceptional Solutions
Securing the best finance terms has only become more complex, particularly when assets are spread across geographies or involve new financial mechanisms. One highlight this year has been the growing interest in crypto-finance, particularly following the resurgence of Bitcoin. It’s an area I discussed with Yahoo Finance in July, and with cryptocurrency becoming increasingly mainstream, we’ve solidified our position as a leader in high-value crypto-finance solutions.
It’s often said that challenge breeds opportunity, and that rings true in our work. Many of the deals we’ve brokered this year were firsts for the market, setting new benchmarks and underscoring the innovation that defines Enness.

People Still Make the Difference
Even with the rise of AI and automation, people remain at the heart of Enness’ success. This year, I’ve been inspired by the dedication of my team, who continue to deliver a personal touch that sets us apart—something consistently reflected in our sustained 4.9-star Trustpilot rating.
This year also saw the launch of new propositions, expanding our services to include high-value insurance, support for citizenship and residency, and tailored solutions for VIPs, elite athletes, creators and public figures. These developments reflect the enduring relationships we’ve built with clients who return to us for advice and expertise time and again.
Personal Highlights: Building Relationships
On a personal level, I’ve been fortunate to speak with more clients, introducers, and partners this year than ever before. Balancing this with life at home—raising three young daughters and progressing my own property development project—has only strengthened my belief in the importance of meaningful connections.
We’ve hosted events to foster these relationships, from insights shared by Claire Reynolds of Sotheby’s on the London property market to a private coaching session with the inspiring High Performance podcast team – Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes. These moments not only enrich our knowledge but also help us and our network be the best versions of ourselves.
Challenges and Optimism
2024 hasn’t been without its challenges. The evolving political landscape, the impact of the autumn budget, and geopolitical instability have created moments of uncertainty. Yet, such challenges make businesses stronger, sharper, and more resilient.
I’m proud of how Enness has adapted and thrived, setting us up to capitalise on the growing optimism in 2025.
The Future: Growth, Privacy, and Relationships
Looking to 2025, I see immense potential in secondary international markets including cities such as Miami, Lisbon, and Singapore. Branded residences, off-market transactions, and privacy-focused deals will remain critical trends, while London, New York, and Dubai will continue to lead the pack.
More than ever, I believe trusted networks and relationships will define success.
That’s why we’ve refined our approach for private client advisers, reinforcing our commitment to reciprocal, trust-based partnerships.
Giving Back
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our team, clients, and introducers for making 2024 such a success. I’m also particularly proud of our efforts to support the North Paddington Food Bank, an organisation addressing food insecurity, often caused by unexpected life events.
In an industry often defined by privilege, it’s vital to remember the broader role businesses can play in creating a better future—not just for clients and employees but for the wider community too.
