The Enness UAE team are delighted to have hosted a well-received breakfast seminar in Dubai this week. The breakfast was headed by our Principle Representative in the region, Toby Johncox, who welcomed valued partners from across the UAE’s high net worth (HNW) intermediary service sector.
The event was an opportunity for these intermediaries to gain an understanding of what Middle Eastern HNWs can look to achieve in the European mortgage market. Such individuals often have a raft of misconceptions about their ability to investing in Europe, from believing they need to live in the country to being concerned about providing proof of income.
Enness specialises in securing property finance for HNW individuals from around the globe, so we are ideally placed to discuss the realities of the market. If you’d like to know more about the myths and reality of European property investment, we’ve also produced a thorough article here for your guidance.
The breakfast was held at Intersect by Lexus, a versatile and multi-purpose meeting space which allows guests to enjoy the quintessential luxury spirit of Lexus without getting behind a steering wheel. In addition to breakfast, guests were treated to copies of Enness’ new book, The Global High Net Worth Mortgage Guide.
Enness’ Managing Director and CEO, Hugh Wade-Jones and Islay Robinson, recently spent the week in Dubai and were delighted with the success of the breakfast. Wade-Jones commented: ‘We’ve had a fittingly impressive few days in the region, as the Enness Dubai office approaches its first birthday. Toby headed a super breakfast, and we were also pleased to share some copies of our exclusive Global High Net Worth Mortgage Guide.”
The Global High Net Worth Mortgage Guide was Robinson’s brainchild, and was first launched at Enness International’s first birthday party in early June.
The book will be launched for general distribution later in July. Robinson adds: “This guide really is the culmination of a decade’s hard work, forging relationship with lenders all over the world, which enables us to give international HNWs a real sense of what they can achieve in terms of luxury property finance and investment across the globe.”
