There will be an administration fee for processing your application. Our typical charge is 1% of the loan amount subject to a minimum of £1,500. This is paid in three stages of £750 on application, 50% of the balance paid on receipt of a full mortgage offer or equivalent and the rest on completion. On a £500,000 mortgage for example; £750 on application, £2,125 on offer and £2,125 on completion. Complex or commercial cases may incur a higher fee.
