Chris started his career at a leading UK Building Society, where he gained experience in various roles before becoming a mortgage consultant for the firm.

Chris joined Enness in 2014, initially broking high-value mortgages. He continues to specialise in broking finance for high-net-worth individuals in unusual scenarios, including residential bridging loans, buy-to-let investments and portfolio financing, second charge lending, lending into retirement and private bank mortgages.

Chris is especially adept at delivering finance for individuals with complex income structures, non-resident and foreign nationals, and clients with unusual backgrounds and financing requirements that need specialist negotiation.
