International Business Development Manager – Commission Only & Home Based Role

Enness are a leading broker for international mortgage loans. We specialise in helping individuals finance and refinance residential and commercial property across the work via a huge network of international banks and lenders.

Our key services are:

  • Mortgage and refinancing high value real estate
  • Residential and commercial development finance
  • Bridging finance and short-term mortgages
  • Working with Professional Client Advisers to offer mortgage solutions to their clients

We currently offer mortgages in the following countries:

  • The United Kingdom and Channel Islands
  • France
  • Spain
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Portugal
  • The US and Caribbean

We operate out of 5 international offices (London, Monaco, Dubai, Jersey and Ibiza) supported by a wide network of business development and client relation managers.

About the Role

We are looking for several international consultants to help develop our international expansion and reach, the role will involve:

  • Building and maintaining a network of UHNW individuals
  • Building and maintaining a network of Private Client Advisers, made up of professionals from:
  • Private Banking
  • Accounting and Tax
  • Lawyers
  • Family Offices
  • Real Estate Agents
  • Professional connectors and fixers
  • Plus, any other profession or industry
  • Presenting Enness in a professional way, either in person or remotely
  • Building a pipeline of prospects and referring leads to the company
  • Maintaining and enhancing the professional relationships through the sales cycle
  • Providing excellent feedback and communication
  • Maintaining accurate records

About the person

We are looking for independent, self-motivated and engaging individuals with the resources to allow them to build long term value.

Successful candidates will be:

Located in a Prime International location or capital city anywhere in the world, for example:

  • Vienna / Luxembourg / Berlin / Frankfurt / Oslo / Stockholm
  • New York / Los Angeles / Miami
  • Hong Kong / Jakarta /Singapore /Kuala Lumper
  • Beijing / Shanghai / Tokyo
  • Russia / Azerbaijan / Georgia
  • Or anywhere else with a thriving global private client economy
  • Have a provable network of professional and HNW client relationships build up over many years
  • Be an excellent communicator – other languages are a plus
  • Be self-driven, self-motivated and engaging
  • Be able to build high value relationships over any means of communication – remote or in person
  • Have a keen eye for details and be able to record meetings and conversations

This is a commission only role and we are set up so that everyone enjoys their fair proportion of the upside value.

We are flexible on how you work, when you work and where you work is your prerogative, whether that’s full-time marketing and cold calling or gently servicing your pristine.

Everyone borrows money, especially when it comes to real estate. It’s complicated when it comes to high value transactions in multiple international locations – what we offer is a dedicated and expert service which is relevant and desirable.
